The M-14 on- and off-ramps to Main Street in Ann Arbor were closed for about two hours this morning because of downed power lines just south of the expressway, city fire department officials said.
The interchanges were closed shortly after 6 a.m. and reopened about 8 a.m.
Portions of Main Street and Huron River Drive were blocked off. Expressway traffic was diverted to the Miller Road/Maple Road exit.
The lines were down probably because of the snowy weather, authorities said.
DTE repair crews were called in to fix the problem, Ann Arbor police said.
No other problems were reported on area roads and freeways this morning as a result of the snow that fell overnight. About 2.7 inches was reported in the Ann Arbor area.
